Comp Orange SVT Mustang Cobra

Came across this sweet comp orange SVT Mustang Cobra, couldn’t help myself but to post some pictures of the sweet ride on my blog. Believe or not their were only 72 convertibles ever made in the orange comp color for 2004, that makes this car extremely rare. Coupe wise, there were 281 comp orange Mustangs made. I would love to have this awesome Mustang in my garage.

Black on Black Ford Mustang

This is what I call a black on black Ford Mustang, just about everything on this Mustang is black. I’m a big fan of shaker hoods, even though I think this is a little too much black I bet it looks great in person.

Black Chrome Wheels on a Saleen Mustang

I’ve come across a lot of Mustangs with black chrome wheels before, usually I don’t like them very much, but after checking out this sweet Saleen Mustang I’m going to make an acceptance. Whoever owns this Mustang I have to say I like his style, the black chrome wheels go really well with the black Saleen Mustang.

Mustang with 13″ Wide Wheels

The widest wheel I’ve seen tucked underneath a Mustang is 11 inches, but this Mustang owner managed to put a 13″ wheel under his custom Ford Mustang. What allowed him to do this is a solid rear axle, while it looks awesome and I bet it helps him hook up, I have to say he needs a little more tire. The edge of the rim is sticking out just a tad bit, it still looks bad ass though. The owner almost manages to fit his whole hand on this deep dish rim, I wonder who makes it.

This has to be one of the coolest applications I have seen online. Ford is allowing you to customize your very own 2010 Mustang to your liking. It’s perfect for those long days at work when you have time to kill. Ford allows you to choose from a variety of hoods, colors, wheels, and bumpers. Black Mustang Cobra “Terminator” with Saleen Rims

Came across this 2003 Mustang Cobra while surfing a Ford Mustang forum, the car is remarkably awesome looking. The Mustang Cobra is sporting Saleen chrome rims, I think the size of these rims are 18 inches, but don’t quote me on that. Black and chrome really mix together well, I’m sure a high polished aluminum rims will looks just as good though. The five spoke Saleen rim design is very sweet!

Two Highly Modified Mustangs take on Corvette ZO6

This is a sad sight to see, two highly modified Mustang Cobras tried to take down a cammed Corvette C6 ZO6. The first race was with a Kenne Bell Mustang Cobra making 585 horsepower, the Corvette definitely took control of the race and fled away. The Corvette owner said he only has 510 horsepower, but I’m a little skeptic. It might be because the Corvette ZO6 is significantly lighter, what do you think?

Now this is quite unique, if you’re a big fan of the SVT Performance forums you should check out this SVTP keychain. The keychain is made out of a high quality die-cast metal. 2011 Ford Mustang V6 Video Released

A video of the 2011 Ford Mustang V6 has been released showing some of the new features. One you might be interested is the new 3.7-liter 305 horsepower V6, the driver of the car gives a quick rev of the engine. It doesn’t sound as good as the V8, but I know the horsepower is just like a V8. Other features found on the 2011 Mustang V-6 include the new Electric Power Assist Steering system, front fascia gets redesigned for improved aerodynamics, tire spats on rear wheels, modified underbody shields and a taller air dam and added rear decklid seal. All the new mods are sweet, I just can’t bear to look at that color! Come on Ford, Pink?

New York Yankees Mustang GT for Sale

A one-of-a-kind 2010 New York Yankees Mustang GT convertible commemorating the opening of the newly built Yankee stadium sold for only $24,500 this past weekend. Originally the car was offered as a grand prize for a sweepstakes. The current owner of the Mustang needed some money so he thought it was best to sell the Mustang. I’m pretty surprised the car only sold for $24k, you would think a special edition Mustang like this would sell for at lest $35k+. It must be because of the recession we’re in, I would of kept the car and waited at least five years down the road. But, that’s just me! The original owner said he needed help funding his children’s education so I understand why he sold it.
