Sketch of a SMS 460 Mustang

December 19, 2009 by Justin

Now this is a cool sketch of the SMS 460 Mustang from Steve Saleen’s new car company. The sketch really shows off the SMS wheels and front end, I just love it. Under the hood of the SMS 460 Mustang is a 4.6 liter V8 engine, it will be making 470 horsepower and 427 foot pounds of torque. I hope to see one out on the road this upcoming summer!

Mustang Car Crash

December 19, 2009 by Justin

After checking out the third picture, this was bound to happen. But it makes me wonder, did this driver actually mean to do this? I absolutely think so. The driver was a 16 year old boy who was driving his father’s SN-95 Ford Mustang, the story goes the boy was out late one night with the Mustang and supposedly lost control. Um yeah lost control, he jumps a 30 foot pool and slams into a house. Sounds like this idiot meant to do this, the boy didn’t even have his license. He must of just got done watching Fast and the Furious or something. Man if I was this boy’s father I would be furious. The people who lived at the house were home but nobody was injured, they must of been so scared when the Mustang crashed into the house. The boy must of been doing well over 100mph, I’m still mind boggled.

Death Proof 1972 Ford Mustang Mach 1

December 18, 2009 by Justin

I decided to post some pictures of the awesome 1972 Ford Mach 1 from the movie Death Proof. To go along with the Mustang is hottie Mary Elizabeth Winstead, you might know her from movies such as Live Free or Die Hard and Final Destination 3. If you haven’t seen the movie, I suggest getting your butt of your couch and heading out to Blockbuster immediately. The movie will go down in Hollywood history as one of the best car movies ever. The sinister Stuntman Mike(down below) played by Kurt Russell was a great character in the movie. It’s kind of sick demented plot, Kurt Russell drives a death proof muscle car murdering women, but what do you expect from a Quentin Tarantino. All of Quentin Tarrantino movies are sick and demented, that’s what makes a cool horror movie.

Death Proof 2 with new Ford Mustang?

December 18, 2009 by Justin

After seeing Quentin Tarantino pull up in his hot new yellow Ford Mustang, could this mean we might see a new yellow Ford Mustang in Death Proof 2. That’s if a Death Proof 2 ever reaches production, Tarantino really isn’t known for making sequels. I thought it would be pretty cool though if he used a new Ford Mustang in Death Proof 2. And may use the new Camaro and Challenger as well, it’s just a suggestion if you ever read this Quentin. Either way, the Death Proof 1 is one of my favorite car movies of all time, it truly was a masterpiece!

Quentin Tarantino’s Ford Mustang

December 18, 2009 by Justin

Quentin Tarantino was spotted driving this yellow Ford Mustang GT the other day, he stopped at Cafe Med on Sunset boulevard. It really doesn’t surprise me that he’s driving a muscle car around. Ever since he directed the movie “Death Proof” with Kurt Russell I kind of knew he had a sweet spot for American muscle. I have to say though the black stripes on the yellow Mustang aren’t my thing, but at least it’s good to hear a multi-millionaire driving a Mustang around town. If you check out the video below the picture, if you look closely there are some weird bumper stickers on the Ford Mustang as well. “Java with Jungle Julia” and “Pull up to My Bumper Baby.” The Java with Jungle Julia is definitely a sticker from the movie “Death Proof,” pretty cool!

2010 SMS Ford Mustang

December 18, 2009 by Justin

I’m not really impressed with the new SMS Mustang, it just looks to gaudy to me. The vents in the hood look like they are plastic inserts, the hood scoop doesn’t flow well, and the rear end looks to bulky. Steve Saleen usually designs really nice cars, it just looks like he was trying to hard on this custom Mustang. Maybe for 2011 he’ll have something better for us, as of now I think his old company makes a better Mustang.

2011 Ford Mustang with 412 Horsepower

December 18, 2009 by Justin

Good news Mustang fans, information has just slipped out through facebook that the 2011 Mustang GT will get a 5.0-liter motor. The 5.0L motor will be cranking out 412 horsepower. This was not suppose to drop until the Detroit Auto Show, but somebody let the cat out of the bag. This is pretty exciting news, I wonder if Ford is still calling it the “Coyote” engine.

Testarosa Super Bird Mustang GT Convertible

December 17, 2009 by Justin

Wow, talk about a hideous riced out Mustang. This one of a kind Mustang started out at as a fox-body Mustang then was transformed into a rice mobile with a BMW Testarosa body kit. Not sure what this Mustang owner was thinking when he modified this Mustang. I guess that’s why the car ended up on Ebay. I wonder if he ever ended up selling this fugly custom Mustang. I bet he ended up parting out the Ford Mustang.

2010 Roush 427R Mustang Burnout

December 17, 2009 by Justin

Ever since Roush has made their own video section on their site, I have been checking a variety of their Mustang videos out. One that caught my attention was a burnout video of a 2010 Roush 427R Mustang. I thought to myself, Man can a Roush Mustang shred some tire. Host John Clark takes you through the burnout test.
